Please note it is necessary to have a working internet connection (4G, 5G or Wi-Fi) to pair the product with the Clim8® app. Also remember to update the app by clicking here if you have not already done so.
- Close the Clim8® app
- Make sure Bluetooth is ON (on phone’s settings and Clim8® app settings)
- Snap the battery on to the shirt
- Press 7 seconds the power button until the LED light blinks to reset the battery and the shirt
- Turn off the battery
- Open the Clim8® app and turn on the battery. Then wait until it connects.
