I'm getting product pairing issues (pre-2022 Odlo I-Thermic only)

Please note it is necessary to have a working internet connection (4G, 5G or Wi-Fi) to pair the product with the clim8® app. Also remember to update the app by clicking here if you have not already done so.

1. Close the clim8® app
2. Make sure Bluetooth is ON (on phone’s settings and clim8® app settings)
3. Snap the battery on to the shirt
4. Press 7 seconds the power button until the LED light blinks to reset the battery and the shirt
5. Turn off the battery
6. Open the clim8® app and turn on the battery. Then wait until it connects.
