It is possible that the conditions were not completely perfect when you calibrated your product, and the temperature set was not ideal or just that you feel that your product does not heat up.
If so, you can either adjust the comfortable temperature manually on the app, recalibrate the product or unlink the product and start a new pairing process. Please note that the product must be calibrated indoors.
Recalibrate the product
From the Clim8® app, in the product settings, click on "New calibration" and follow the instructions.
Unlink the product
- From the Clim8® app, in the product settings, click on "Unlink this product".
- Close the Clim8® app completely. Check how to do this on Android or iOS.
- Open the Clim8® app and click on "Add new product".
- Follow the instructions, making sure the battery or batteries are in front of you and fully charged
Please note it is necessary to have a working internet connection (4G, 5G or Wi-Fi) to pair the product with the Clim8® app. Also remember to update the app by clicking here if you have not already done so.
