We have implemented an automated diagnostic system for our products. If you think you have a problem with your heating product, you can run a diagnostic from the product settings.
- If all the lights are green, it is most likely a problem with the clim8® app. We invite you to contact the clim8 customer service directly via the app or on this Support site.
- If some lights are red, it indicates a technical failure. Unfortunately, the clim8 team will not be able to fix this problem remotely. We invite you to contact the customer service department of the product brand directly.
If you want to run a diagnostic of your clim8® product, please follow the instructions below:
- Open the app and click on the settings icon in the top right corner
- Tap on "Diagnostic" and follow the instructions : insert your left hand, wait for the results and then insert your right hand
Your diagnostic will be transferred to the clim8® team to be analyzed. You can also contact us, otherwise tap on "Finish".
