Usually, uninstalling and reinstalling the app does the trick.
You can reset the Clim8® app by following this procedure:
- Log out of the Clim8® app, at the bottom of the Profile page
- Close the app completely. Check how to do this on Android or iOS
- On Android only (important!): clear the cache and erase data from the Clim8® app. Check how to
- Delete the Clim8® app. Check how to do this on Android or iOS
- Download the latest version of the Clim8® app by clicking here
