Please note it is necessary to have a working internet connection (4G, 5G or Wi-Fi) to pair the product with the clim8® app. Also remember to update the app by clicking here if you have not already done so.
Please follow the procedure:
- Close the clim8® app completely. Check how to do this on Android or iOS
- Unplug the batteries and make sure they are fully charged
- Wait a few seconds and replug the batteries
- Make sure Bluetooth and Location are activated on your smartphone and that you are standing close to your product
- Open the clim8® app and try again
