First, make sure the batteries are fully charged.
Then, to determine if the problem is with the garment or the battery try swapping your batteries (the one in the right glove into the left glove and vice versa) or try with another battery.
If the problem persists or if you have only one battery, please contact the customer service of your official reseller or brand partner who sold you the product. They will be able to provide you with a great support.
Can I order a battery separately?
Yes. Most of our brand partners do sell batteries alone. Please check on their websites for more information.
