My battery is not charging / defective

If your product is supplied with a Clim8® USB-C charging cable:
Please refer to the article My product won’t pair even though the battery seems full.

If your product is supplied with a Clim8® Wall Charger:
To determine whether the issue comes from the garment or the battery, try the following steps:

  1. Swap the batteries — insert the battery from the right glove into the left glove, and vice versa.
  2. Try using another battery if available.
