I’m having trouble pairing my Odlo I-Thermic products with the Clim8® app (sold before 2024)

It is necessary to have a working internet connection (4G, 5G or Wi-Fi) to pair the product with the Clim8® app. Remember to update the app by clicking here if you have not already done so.


Reset the Clim8® Module

  1. From the Account page, log out by clicking on “Logout” at the bottom of the page
  2. Close the Clim8® app completely. Check how to do this on Android or iOS
  3. Important for Android devices! Clear the cache and erase data from the Clim8® app. Check how to
  4. Delete the Clim8® app. Check how to do this on Android or iOS
  5. Clip the Clim8® module to your baselayer (you should hear a click!), making sure the battery is fully charged
  6. Press 7 seconds the power button until the LED light blinks to reset the battery and the shirt
  7. Turn off the battery, pressing the button once
  8. Download the latest version of the Clim8® app by clicking here
  9. Make sure Bluetooth and Location are activated on your smartphone and that you are standing close to your product
  10. Open the Clim8® app and try again

If you have an iPhone 7 or higher

On some Odlo models, for compatibility reasons inherent to the technologies of their year of production, users with an iPhone 7 (or higher) cannot pair their Odlo product with the Clim8® app and we sincerely apologize for this. This compatibility issue has since been addressed by our teams and no longer affects more recent Clim8® products.

The good news is that it’s nevertheless quick and easy to fix this problem. You’ll first need to pair the product with a friend’s iPhone 6, 6S or SE (1st Gen) or any Android smartphone. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Download the latest version of the Clim8® app to your iPhone 6, 6S or SE (1st Gen) or to a friend’s Android smartphone by clicking here
  2. Open the Clim8® app and click on “Add a product”
  3. Follow the instructions, making sure the battery is fully charged and clipped to the product (you should hear a click!)
  4. In the product settings, click on “Update”
  5. Once the update is complete, still in the product settings, click on “Unlink this product”
  6. From the Profile page, log out by clicking on “Logout” at the bottom of the page
  7. Delete the Clim8® app. See how to do this on Android or iOS

Once you have done this:

  1. Download the latest version of the Clim8® app on your iPhone 7 or higher by clicking here
  2. Open the Clim8® app and click on “Add a product”
  3. Follow the instructions, making sure the battery is fully charged and clipped to the product (you should hear a click!)
