My Clim8® product do not seem to be warming up

Whether woven into the textile or within a textile pad, our heated elements are integrated into the garment on the most strategic zones for optimal comfort and heating sensation.

The areas where warmth is supplied have been optimized to provide the best possible sensation, and consequently they do not cover every part of the product.

In the Clim8® app, you’ll see two temperatures.

The one above the temperature slider is the Target Temperature (27.5°C on the picture), the one you want the product to reach.

The one below the design of the product is the Sensor Temperature (25°C on the picture). This is the current temperature inside your product.

  • If Sensor Temperature < Target temperature: the product should work fine and you should see a heating animation on the app if the product is on.
  • If Sensor Temperature > Target temperature: wait for the product to cool down and try again.
