My Clim8® vest/jacket turn on and off by itself

Sometimes your product can accidentally turn on by itself. This is often the case when it is folded or squeezed into a backpack during transportation. In this case, we recommend that you disconnect the batteries to avoid any unintentional operation.

In any case, to prevent your vest/jacket from switching on and off by itself, we invite you to deactivate the  “Sleep mode” from your product settings to the Clim8® app.

If you disable the Sleep mode, the jacket will automatically activate when the battery is connected and it will be necessary to disconnect the batteries after each use to turn off the system.
